The special combination of materials and the aesthetically sophisticated color scheme characterizes this kind of necklace. The Kettenmacherin uses fluoride with Murano glass beads. The different characteristics such as refraction of light, surface, patterning, and transparency of Murano glass on the one hand and fluoride on the other hand create a tension in the appearance of the necklace. The Kettenmacherin underlines this tension with one of her trademarks; the color combination. The harmonious light blue-turquoise tones of the beads oppose the strong orange of the beaded magnetic clasp.
