In this necklace, I used blue quartz, with disc-shaped elements. The flat discs are a contrast to the round magnetic clasp.
The special shape of the necklaces’ elements and the choice of material are the decisive characteristics for the special aesthetic of this necklace. Unlike other necklaces, I used blue quartz for the necklace. The necklace elements are disc-shaped. The delicate and straightforward appearance is in contrast to the round beaded beads of the magnetic clasp. This results in an interesting tension in the design. I avoid strong colors for this type of necklace. Instead, when choosing white beads for the beaded magnetic clasp I let the beautiful blue of the quartz unfold its full potential.
