This type of necklace is especially characterized by the lenticular, two-tone Murano bead. The Italian-based glass manufacturers from Murano play with complementary colors in this two-colored bead type. The Kettenmacherin uses this special coloration of the bead to design the necklaces, for example in the coloring of the magnetic clasp. The special color combinations of the handmade necklaces are particularly well accentuated by the lenticular shape of the beads. As the beads lie differently, the shine and colorfulness of the Murano glass become more apparent.
