With me you have the possibility to create a necklace that is based on your imagination, ideas, and wishes. Would you like to have a ring-shaped-bead or a Murano glass necklace but with a different clasp? Maybe you have a dress or some other clothes that require a special kind of support from a colorful necklace? Do you love a painting and you want to reflect some of its colors in a necklace? These are requirements which I, the Kettenmacherin, would love to discuss with you. The result will be a unique product which reflects who you truly are.

Marine Worlds

“Marine Worlds” is an intricately handcrafted necklace whose color, shape and texture are reminiscent of the diversity and vibrancy of a coral reef. The surfaces look like sponges, anemones or other marine organisms – multifaceted, soft and appealing to the touch. In shades of blue and green, it evokes personal associations with lakes and seas. The work captures the aesthetics, vulnerability and vitality of marine habitats – a poetic jewelry object that explores the boundaries between design, observation of nature and sensual experience

Black and brown is an intriguing color combination. The black adds structure and depth, while the brown brings warmth and a natural feel. It is a subtle combination that is both elegant and sophisticated. The interplay of the pearl shapes and surface textures makes this color combination—which is commonly found in nature—something special

Garrowby Hill

The inspiration for this piece came from a David Hockney painting titled “Garrowby Hill.” The color composition is extraordinary and very captivating. Of course, you can’t simply translate that into a necklace, but as is so often the case in life, you can interpret it in your own way, and it’s fun to take on this challenge. Looking at the painting puts you in a good mood, and that’s exactly what this necklace is meant to do. The varied surface textures make it exciting and full of variety.

RED AND ORANGE. Wooden sticks are covered with beads, which are then connected to each other. This creates a different type of bead, not round but cascaded. The outer area opens up like a fan. This new type of bead design creates many possibilities for a play with colors. Different colors can be placed next to each other, as is the case here, and then repeated after a while. This allows an emphasis on certain colors, such as red and orange in this necklace.

Single Edition

PISA

‘Pisa‘ is a stone necklace characterized especially by the tender green of the polished Beryl. Each stone of this necklace is slightly different in shape and color, providing exciting variations in the design of the necklace. The beaded tying clasp adds greatly to the variety. The stones are neither too big to appear dominant nor too small to be overlooked. Therefore, ‘Pisa’ is perfectly suitable for business events, but it can also be worn to various other occasions as well.

Single Edition

PRATO

The single edition ‘Prato‘ is characterized by the soft green of the beryl stone, which is underlined by the beaded balls. The color fits very well with many other colors, so the necklace can be easily combined with different outfits. The cylindrical polished beryl stones counter the round shape of the beaded balls, which provides for an attractive variety of shapes and thus tension in the design.
